Culinary Arts (3years): The program training goals are to enable graduates to obtain entry level positions in food service facilities from casual to fine dining. The curriculum covers Quantity Foods in baking breads, cakes, pies, cookies, and more. Quantity foods also includes the butchery of meats and fish, vegetable production and storage, soups, pasta, sauces and garde mange, sanitation and safety as required by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture.
