NOTICE OF DATE CHANGE FOR SENECA HIGHLANDS INTERMEDIATE UNIT COOPERATIVE PURCHASING 2020-2021 SCHOOL AND JANITORIAL SUPPLIES BID OPENING


Please be advised, Pennsylvania schools are still under a mandated shutdown at this time. Seneca Highlands Intermediate Unit Nine hopes to open Tuesday, April 7, 2020 therefore, we have had to postpone our school and janitorial supplies bid as we are unable to receive mail and package delivery at this time. We have extended our bid opening to begin at 10 am on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 with a bid award meeting set for Friday, April 24, 2020. If your bid package has been returned as undeliverable, please resend on or after April 7, 2020.


If this closure is extended, the dates may be extended even further. We urge you to check our website, www.iu9.org , on the Cooperative Purchasing page for any updates as the coronavirus information continues to change daily.
