Early Intervention Service Coordinator
The Early Intervention Preschool Program is looking for a service coordinator in the Bradford and Otto Eldred School District areas, as well as other areas within the Seneca Highlands Intermediate Unit Nine catchment area as needed. The person interested must have a bachelor’s degree in education, with preference being given to those with a degree in special education and/or a Pre–K to 4 certification. They must possess strong organizational, leadership, time management, and writing skills as well as the ability to positively relate to others.
Full-time position. Assist students in learning on-the-job skills at job sites in Potter County. Hours available during and beyond a typical school day. EOE.

Network/Systems Administrator
Intermediate Unit Nine (IU9) is looking for a highly capable and forward-thinking network/systems administrator. This role reports to the director of technology and works with the member district leadership teams and staff members to drive improvements of operational activities. The technology team at the IU9 supports districts in all facets of their technology including designing and implementing internal networks, Wi-Fi networks, and server virtualization. We manage ecosystems like Google Workspace for Education Plus and Microsoft (On-Prem, Hybrid, and Cloud-only). We work with building access, security cameras, cafeteria, print management, and phone systems. Our help desk team helps take care of daily break/fix problems and supports all users of school district systems and classroom technology.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Five (5) years experience in IT with a background in technology planning and purchasing as well as LAN/WLAN/Server administration required. Knowledge in areas such as E-rate and management of Cloud ecosystems preferred. Applicants should have the ability to evaluate, develop, nurture, promote, and sustain a positive work climate for the technology team.
Works with member districts (currently IU9, Seneca Highlands CTC, Austin School District, Coudersport School District, Galeton School District, and Johnsonburg School District)
Qualified candidates should be able to demonstrate expertise in the following areas:
- Network infrastructure and design
- VLANs, routing tables, and ACLs
- Fiber optic and copper installation and termination
- Network rack organization
- Firewalls and VPNs
- Content filtering and SSL decryption
- Server virtualization
- Server operating systems: Windows server, Ubuntu server
- Network and systems monitoring and response
- Ransomware protection and remediation
- Backups and disaster recovery
- Wi-Fi planning, implementation, and troubleshooting
- Google ecosystem for K–12 schools including email security, eDiscovery, device management, and bulk user management operations
- Microsoft ecosystem for K–12 schools including On-Prem, Hybrid, and Cloud-only scenarios as well as device management through Group Policy and InTune
- Apple School Manager and device management with JAMF
- Cross platform print management solutions
- Category 1 and Category 2 E-rate procurements
The candidate should be
